Sometimes, everything goes wrong. While making our multi-award winning Breakfast for Supper, we ran into some brew day issues and ended up with less ABV. This lighter version is still dark, roasty, full-bodied, silky smooth and slightly sweet but with a lower ABV of 4.9%

This iteration of Swamp Buck spent a full 24 months soaking up flavor in a Willett bourbon barrel. Swamp Buck is dark, decedent, and boozy. Enjoy roasty coffee, bourbon and vanilla flavors up front with a cocoa, toffee and dark fruit finish that gains sweetness as it warms.

Tent Pitcher is a light, flavorful favorite of ours. This spin on a German Pils features German hops and local Triumph Hops from Hill Top Farms in Waldorf, MN. Expect some traditional Noble hop flavors and a fruity/floral hop nose and flavor from the Triumph hops with light grainy/honey sweetness from the Pilsner malt. Winner of the 2023 MN Brewers Cup Silver Award!

Fuzzy Wuzzy is a Hazy IPA with plenty of citrus focused hop flavor and aroma but is balanced out with oats and wheat in the grain bill to create the pillowy soft base. Brewed and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy.
