This collaboration with the Alexandria High School Ag department uses Kernza, an experimental deep rooted, perennial wheat grass grown by the AHS Ag Department. This light colored, neutral wheat beer leads with a light maltiness from the barley with a subtle spiciness from the Kernza on the finish.

Coldhands is light bodied, light in color and fermented cool with a lager yeast - hence the "cold" part. This treatment creates a very crisp, neutral beer that lets the hops shine and is extremely drinkable. This IPA is packed with flavor and aroma from additions of Mosaic and Strata hops.

Adley Ale is a hoppy and dry IPA with complex mix of citrus, tropical fruit and dank pine flavor and aroma. It's bitter with enough malt backbone to almost balance out the hoppy finish. This batch was made with Pink Hops, adding a bright grapefruit/stone fruit flavor with a hint of sweetness.
